- All appointments via telehealth (secure video), accessible from anywhere in Australia

- Provides detailed clinical reports and treatment plans for your GP
- GP referral required
- Assessment types: ADHD, Autism, Combined ADHD & Autism, General Mental Health, and Review appointments

- Comprehensive ADHD assessments via telehealth
- For older adolescents (14+) and adults
- At least 60 minutes, conversational (not checklist-style)
- Pre-appointment questionnaires required
- Collateral information from a family member is part of the assessment
- Clinical report delivered within 7-14 days

1. Obtain a referral from your GP (sent via secure messaging, email, or provided by you)
2. Our team contacts you within one business day to schedule your appointment
3. Complete pre-appointment questionnaires, where required
4. Attend your assessment (typically 60 minutes via telehealth, though some assessment types are longer)
5. Comprehensive report sent to your GP within 7-14 days
6. Your GP manages ongoing care guided by the treatment plan; review appointments available if needed

## Medicare Information

- Psychiatry assessments: Medicare Item 291 (initial), Item 293 (review)
- Psychology: Medicare rebates available with a Mental Health Care Plan (up to 10 sessions per calendar year)
- Medicare Safety Net: once you reach the annual out-of-pocket threshold, rebates increase for the remainder of the calendar year
